"Hi Pam, Todd and Lisa picked Skeeter up around 3:00. What an adorable couple! Lisa and I had chatted last night when they hit NY which stressed them out a bit, I think. Then, we chatted through the DC traffic this morning. UGH! I have children in DC so, fight that all the darn time.

They have already called his owner to let them know when they will arrive. They are a class act. It's not an easy life on the road though. Thanks again. I chose WELL!

“My two experiences have been wonderful. I have used quite a few haulers, some good, some bad. JD & Teresa are awesome, just the best. He is gentle and caring with the horses, his experience shows. Even the babies who arent as quick to load, he was so patient, and never went "over the line" with rushing them.

Everyone got food, water, frequent stops to check, and arrived in excellent weight without scratches, cuts or missing hide. I think they were treated as if they were his horses. I have already sent a new customer to him to haul a 12 month old filly from FL to CO and will recommend this small family operation in the future to anyone wanting safe cross country transportation. The rig arrived in brand new condition, it was so clean it looked as though my horse was the first one ever to step inside.” ~ Susan A

Needing a horse hauled from Montana to California, J Diamond D Equine Express gave me a prompt and fair quote. Pam in the office, is warm, personable, and professional. After making the decision and arrangements to have JDDEE transport the horse, circumstances changed and I didn't need the horse hauled afterall. But... that important first impression you get of a company is from the person who answers the phone, gives the needed information, and helps you with the details. My experience with J Diamond D Equine Express was an enjoyable process. My many phone calls, emails, and texts were responded to quickly, my questions answered. So because of that positive "first impression", they are at the top of my list to call when I need a horse hauled. They are experienced, caring, compassionate horse people.

Pam, Thank You all at J Diamond D Equine Express for delivering our new "son" Indy to us in North Louisiana. As you can see, our daughter Sara has taken to him quite nicely and your people were so nice and pleasant to deal with. I will try to get more pictures to you when I can, but since we got Indy at end of July, we pretty much spend most of our time out at the farm.

On behalf of me and my daughter Sarah, we would like to say a huge "Thank you!" to you, JD, and Theresa for all of your work, advice and help in getting Justice to Gunnison last Friday. He got there in great shape, Sarah was so excited to get him and, I know JD and Teresa drove extra to get him there when Sarah was off work. We really appreciate your help and please tell JD and Teresa how much we appreciate their cooperation and willingness to work within Sarah's schedule. You all made the experience so easy and pleasant.

J.D. and Theresa are very professional and take their job seriously, taking thoughtful care of their cargo, whether our wagon or a horse! Pam was wonderful. Working with them was an excellent experience as we all had to remain flexible due to events beyond control on both sides. November 9, 2013: JD and Teresa dropped off our two haflinger mares here in far northeastern MN in a sloppy wet snowstorm. They came all the way from southwest Oregon and got off the trailer looking great! They were well taken care of and Pam, JD and Teresa were all great to do business with. I would highly recommend them for any hauling needs. I know if I need any hauling in future I will be calling them first!

Though I have not worked with many transportation companies, but J Diamond D is the best company I have worked with! Pam was incredible in the way she answered my millions of questions, and JD and Teresa were great in the way they handled my mare who does not have much trailering experience. They were extremely friendly, caring, and hospitable. I recommend this company to anyone who needs their horse transported!!

JD Diamond shipping were awesome. Despite bad weather they got our Quarter Pony mare from Grangeville, Idaho to her new home in Bishop California in 6 days. They made layovers allowing her to rest. She arrived in excellent condition. they kept us informed of where they were in the trip. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
