We require a 30% booking fee to reserve space for your horse(s) paid by check, cash, credit card, or PayPal.  At delivery, the balance is to be paid by cash (receipt will be given on ALL cash payments), credit card, or PayPal - sorry no checks on balances unless prior arrangement have been made.


DOCUMENTATION
The clients must provide a current health certificate (within 30 days), Coggins (within 1 year), COPIES of any Ownership papers, and Brand Inspection.  It is the Client's responsibility to make sure all these papers are in order ACCORDING to the state - as some states have special requirements. 

NOTES:
~ ANY state with a reported infectious disease may set up quarantines that prohibits travel
~ California has a 6 month Coggins deadline
~Florida has special requirements for entry that must be followed to the letter. Consult with your vet to make sure they have updated data for your horse's destination  

INSURANCE
It is the owner's responsibility to insure their horse at the actual value.  Only the owner can do this.  We do carry insurance but it is not adequate to insure the full value of most horses.  

WHAT YOU NEED
For the Horse, please provide your horse with a halter, lead rope, hay, & a blanket during cold weather.  If the shipper prefers, provide shipping boots or leg wraps (make sure your horse is use to these items well before shipping)

TRIP PLANNING
We will design the haul to suite your horse's needs, just please let us know.  It is common, though, to stop for frequent breaks, feed & water, and over night layovers, if needed.
